C CARD CONDOMS

Glastonbury Health Centre is a distribution C-Card provider. The C-Card Scheme entitles FREE CONDOMS to persons aged between 13 and 24 years. If you have already registered with the ‘Your C-Card Scheme’ please bring your C-Card to reception.

At present we are not a C-CARD Registration point. Please see the C-CARD website for details of how to register and nearest location.
